Specification Templates – Forms Fill & Send
NEW! Forms Fill and Send Air Intake Filter Specification Templates are Designed To Help You Speed Up the Process of Requesting a Quotation.
This new feature can be used from your desktop computer or from your mobile device. When using your mobile device, you can take measurements right in the field and send them to us along with photos of the equipment before you even walk away from the equipment.
Our goal is to have your pricing ready for you by the time you return back to your office.
Getting Started.
Do This First !
Download the new Adobe Reader – Document Cloud Application – do this on both your desktop and your mobile device.
For Mobile Use:
1. Go to the Air Solution Company Website and go to the page: “Specification Templates – Forms Fill and Send“ and pull up the template you need to use.

2. When pulling up the form you will be asked what browser you want to bring it up in – Click on Adobe Acrobat
3. Your template will now open up with the “Forms Fill” Feature. Take the measurements requested and fill them in on the form.
4. After completing the form, hit the drop down box appearing typically in the upper right on the Adobe Viewer and click on “Share” and then select “email application” and your email will automatically come up and your template will automatically be attached to your email. If you wish to send photos of the equipment along with your template (Strongly Recommended), then take a photo with your mobile device and then go out to your gallery to attach it to the email.
5. On the “TO” line type ascquoterequest@gmail.com ( this email address also appears at the top of each template) This goes directly to our estimating dept.
6. On the “Subject Line” of your email – (may also say “share topic” or similar) – simply indicate the number of templates you will be sending us related to this job and identify which of the number you are sending (eg. 1 of 3, the next template you send should read 2 of 3 etc., ) followed by your company name.
7. Now hit “Send” and we will receive your quote request with completed template and photo’s. A copy of your request will automatically go to your “sent box” on Adobe Reader – Document Cloud.
For Desktop Use:
1. Go to the Air Solution Company Website and go to the page: “Specification Templates – Forms Fill and Send” and pull up the template you need to use.

2. When pulling up the form you will be asked what browser you want to bring it up in – Click on “Adobe Acrobat DC” and make that your new PDF Default Reader. Your Template will now open up with the “Forms Fill” feature.
3. Take the measurements requested and fill them in on the form along with your complete contact information.
4. After completing the form, hit the “Send and Track” button on the navigation bar to the right and then select “Create Anonymous Link” (for the free version) or if you want the pay version that will provide tracking detail and other functionality, then click on “Send Personalized Invitations” – Now click on “Create Link” – a “Files Shared” window will pop up now you select “Email Link” – Now a “Send eMail” window will pop-up – now select your email provider – then select the “Remember My Choice” box and hit the “Continue” button and your email will automatically come up and your template will automatically be attached to your email. If you wish to send photos of the equipment along with your template (Strongly Recommended), then take a photo with your mobile device and then go out to your gallery to attach it to the email.

Below are a variety of Specification Templates that will help you to capture the exact measurements we need in order to provide you with an accurate quotation. To obtain pricing, simply follow these steps:
- Select a template that most closely resembles your system.
- Print the template on your computer printer.
- Provide all of the information and measurements indicated on the template and fax it back to the number appearing at the top of the template. You will receive your quote within a couple of days.
