Today, more than ever before, keeping outdoor airborne debris from entering your HVAC Equipment and Building Envelope is a necessity especially when using high efficiency equipment. Why? Because for high efficiency equipment to deliver the energy savings promised by the manufacturer, the mechanical equipment must be kept clean.
Two plies Fully attached on all sides / Velcro attachment on on three sides and sewn on one side. Also Available with Velcro attachment to the base ply on all sides.
Add a third removable ply between the outer and base ply for increased filtration efficiency and ease of cleaning. Any combination of screen mesh can be used to construct the Flex Filter Screen.
Both plies separate for easy access between plies for easy cleaning without removal from equipment
Condenser Coil Systems
In the case of standard efficiency condenser coils and especially in the case of Micro-Channel Condenser Coils as used on rooftop units / chillers / condenser units, because condenser coils are thin and close together, they tend to load and foul faster between normal maintenance cycles than standard efficiency equipment resulting in their running longer in a fouled condition and robbing you or your customer of the energy savings which is promised by the equipment. Use of Flex Filter Sceens offer an aggressive and flexible way to stop coil fouling while moving the location of loading to the screens where cleaning is easy and as a result significantly reduces wear and tear on fragile condenser coils.
