Rooftop Unit Filters (commonly called an hvac intake filter, cottonwood filter screen, rtu filters, etc.) 
mount to the intake openings on both the coils side as well as over the intake on the economizer side of the unit. 
The grade of filter in this application is the HD Commercial Grade Filter with self-tapping screws and bonded washer fasteners.
