Use of Air Intake Filter Screens installed over the top of the wire coil guard would have created hail guards to provide protection from both airborne debris like cottonwood seed & insects – and would have provided protection against Hail Damage. NOTE: the cost for the air inlet filter screens which were added following repair and replacement of condenser coils were a fraction of the cost of the repair and replacement of the condenser coils.
