The Problem With Individual Magnetic Fasteners
Magnet on bottom of fastener creates a “stand-off” when filter is attached
This fastener Has a .25″ overall base thickness including the thickness of the toggle base
When fasteners and filters are attached – the stand-off permits air overflow that will defeat the filter screen 
Although the fasteners are easy to install, they are NOT secure and easily move across the surface of the attachment point
Whenever the magnets move, they hold their new position creating and increasingly larger gap that permits more air overflow and eventually enough wind will get behind the screen and strip it from the unit.
